What kind of work do you do?
I design visual brands, logos, websites, and graphics. I also handle creative direction, social media visuals, and product photography when needed.

What about websites?
I build simple websites - usually small e-commerce or social-media-based sites. They’re clean, easy to use, and built on platforms that don’t require coding. If you need something super custom, I can help you find a developer to team up with.

What will I actually get when the project is done?
You’ll get all the final design files you need (AI, PNG, PDF). I can also put together a simple brand guide that explains fonts, colors, and logo usage. If it’s a website, you’ll get a finished, editable site that you can update yourself, along with a short walkthrough on how to manage it.

How does your process work?
First we talk about what you need and what you’re going for. Then I start on design concepts. Once you’ve picked a direction, I’ll refine it through a few rounds of feedback. When everything feels right, I wrap it up and deliver the files.

How long does it take?
It depends on the project. A logo or small branding job might take 2 to 3 weeks. A full website or brand package can take 4 to 8 weeks. I’ll give you a timeline before we start.

How much does it cost?
My rate is $50 per hour. Every project is different, so I’ll send you an estimate based on the size of the job and what you need. You’ll always get a clear outline of what’s included before we start.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Most projects require a deposit to start. The amount depends on the size of the project, but it’s usually between 25% and 50%. Smaller or one-off projects may be paid in full at the start.

How can I pay?
You can pay by PayPal, Venmo, check, or card. If you prefer an invoice with a secure payment link, I can send one to your email. If you’d like to pay by check, I can provide my mailing address upon request.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger projects, I can split the total into smaller payments throughout the project timeline.

How many revisions do I get?
Most projects include up to three rounds of revisions. Small tweaks are always fine. Anything beyond the agreed-upon revision amount will be charged at my rate of $50/hr. Bigger changes might count as new scope, but I’ll always check with you first.

Can I make changes later?
Yes. I keep project files organized so updates are easy. I also offer refresh packages if you ever want to evolve your brand or site later on.

Who owns the designs?
Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final files and can use them however you want. I just keep permission to share the project in my portfolio.

What do you need from me before starting?
Some info about your business, your goals, and any visuals or brands you like. If you already have a logo, colors, or fonts, send those too.

Do you work with clients outside your area?
I am based out of Salem, OR, but I work with clients anywhere. Communication can happen by email, video call, or chat - whatever’s easiest!

What if I need to cancel or pause a project?
If you cancel after work has started, you’ll only pay for the work done so far. If you need to pause, we’ll agree on a restart date and updated timeline.
